Forklift Battery Planned Maintenance
- Visual inspection of all components; cables, connectors, vent caps, cell covers compound, tray, single point watering, etc…
- Voltage readings on every cell and specific gravity readings of target cells
- Replacement of missing or damaged vent caps at no charge
- Replacement of damaged inter-cell connector covers at no charge
- Battery cables will be spot tied in correct position
- Water additions will be made during inspection
- Minor cable damage will be repaired with heat shrinkable tubing at not charge
Forklift Battery Wash
- Neutralization and cleaning of battery in self-contained wash station
- All waste is removed and disposed in strict EPA compliance
Charger Planned Maintenance
- Visual inspection of all components; cables, connectors wiring, ammeters, timers, control boards, contact tips
- Testing of charger operations for safety and accuracy
- Charge rates are checked and recorded
- Minor cable damage will be repaired with heat shrinkable tubing at no charge
- Charger cabinet will be cleaned externally
- Charger will be blown out with compressed air or vacuum
Battery Fleet Reports
- Computer records (inspection report, historical record of repairs, battery voltage tracking, fleet age reports and graphs)
- Included with Battery Planned Maintenance
